Rules for Booths:

Education Exhibits are to be in place by 5:00 p.m. Sunday, September 12, 2021.

Placement and set up may be done between 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Friday, September 10th; 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Saturday, September 11th; and 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., Sunday, September 12th, 2020. The building is unattended at other hours and is not available for placement and set-up of booths before judging. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

Educational booths shall be limited to Extension Homemaker Clubs; Youth Booths, which will include: 4-H clubs, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, FBLA, FCCLA, FFA, student councils, or other public schools student organization of any Nevada County school system.

Informational booths which will be considered to be non-profit or community service oriented organizations like Cattleman's, SOS, HIPPY, ABC, church groups, and etc. Commercial Booths will be all others.

The Commercial Booth is not for non-profit organizations or community service programs and will be awarded by ribbons only.
